The waterproof Kodura Light 600D*300D PVC-D is a lighter version of our classic Kodura – it features a looser weave and a fabric weight of 345 g/m?.
Kodura is a durable polyester fabric designed for intensive use in demanding outdoor conditions. Made from polyester fibers with a 600D x 300D weave, it combines high mechanical strength with full waterproofness, ensured by the PVC-Diamond coating on the underside of the material. This makes it an excellent choice for manufacturing durable accessories – from suitcases and backpacks to covers and transport bags.

Thanks to its structure, Codura is resistant to abrasion, tearing, and mechanical damage, while remaining lightweight and relatively stiff. The PVC-Diamond backing gives the underside a rough, non-slip texture, increasing stability in finished products. It is ideal for use in garden furniture, awnings, sunshades, outdoor gear, transport accessories, and protective covers. The fabric retains its vivid colors and texture even after long-term outdoor use. Safety and compliance are confirmed by the SGS certificate – REACH standard, ensuring the fabric is free from harmful substances and heavy metals.

The fabric is easy to maintain and resistant to moisture, rain, and wind. Most stains can be removed with a damp cloth or soft sponge and mild detergent. What is a basket weave?
